ABSTRACT:At the request of Probe Metals Inc. (“Probe”), Geologica Groupe-Conseil Inc. (“Geologica”) was given the mandate to complete a NI 43-101 Technical Report of the Val-d’Or East Property (“the Property”) including a Resource Estimate completed with the assistance of Mr. Christian D’Amours from GeoPointCom Inc. (“GeoPointCom”). The issuer, Probe, is a Canadian mineral exploration company listed on the TSXV under the quote PRB. Geologica and GeoPointCom are independent mining exploration consulting firms based in Val-d’Or (Quebec) The Val-d’Or East Property is located in Northwestern Québec, approximately 26 kilometres east of the city of Val-d’Or. The property is located in the northwest portion of Louvicourt Township and the southeast portion of Pascalis Township in N.T.S. map sheets 32C04 and 32C03. The Property consists of 376 map-designated mining titles (CDC), one (1) Mining Lease (BM) and two (2) Mining Concessions (CM) covering a total area of 14,897.55 hectares. From these mining titles, 357 are owned at 100% by Probe and 22 by Corporation Aurifère Monarques at 100%.
