| ABSTRACT: | Tetra Tech has been retained by Prime Mining Corp. (Prime Mining) to issue an independent Technical Report for the Guadalupe de los Reyes gold/silver project in Sinaloa, Mexico, which will be referred to now as the Los Reyes Project. The project was (October 2017) optioned from Vista Gold Corp. (Vista) by Minera Alamos Inc. (Minera Alamos). Prime Mining will assume this option. Prime Mining intends to review alternate development opportunities for the project other than those outlined in the last 43-101 report completed on the project, (Tetra Tech, 2018). These include a potential heap leach gold/silver operation. The report takes this into consideration. No additional data or information has been generated since the issuance of the 2018 report, (Tetra Tech, 2018). Los Reyes Gold and Silver Project (Project) is in and around the Guadalupe de los Reyes Mining District in the western foothills of the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range, approximately 110 kilometers (km) by air (200 km by road) north of the coastal city of Mazatlán. The Project is comprised of multiple deposits: El Zapote, Guadalupe, Guadalupe West, Guadalupe Laija, Noche Buena, San Miguel, Tahonitas, La Mariposa, La Chiripa, Las Primas, El Orito, El Mirador-Las Casitas, La Palmita, El Apomal. These deposits occur in the south-central part of the district, approximately 20 km by air (30 km by road) southeast of the town of Cosalá (17,269 inhabitants, Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía [INEGI] 2000), in Sinaloa State. | |
