| ABSTRACT: | Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (RPA) was retained by Premier Gold Mines Limited (Premier) to carry out an audit of the Mineral Reserves and Mineral Resources and to prepare an independent Technical Report on the Mercedes Gold-Silver Mine (Mercedes or the Mine) of Premier’s wholly-owned subsidiary Minera Meridian Minerales S. de R.L. de C.V. (MMM), located in Sonora State, Mexico. The purpose of this independent Technical Report is to support the disclosure of Mineral Reserves and Mineral Resources at the Mine as of December 31, 2017. This Technical Report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. RPA visited the property on January 24 to 26, 2018. Premier is a Canadian-based mineral exploration, development, and production company, focused on gold deposits within the Americas. Premier has a diverse portfolio of production and advanced-stage gold exploration properties located in Northwestern Ontario, Canada and Nevada, USA. In July 2016, Premier announced that it had entered into a definitive share purchase agreement with Yamana Gold Inc. (Yamana) pursuant to which Premier agreed to acquire Yamana’s Mercedes Mine and exploration properties located in the state of Sonora, northwest Mexico.
