ABSTRACT:Plymouth Minerals Limited (ASX: PLH) (Plymouth or the Company) is pleased to announce further results from its highly successful Phase 1 drilling program at the San Jose Project. Lithium mineralisation at San Jose is hosted in mica minerals. San Jose is a unique deposit due to its extensive strike, width and surface outcrop that makes it highly amenable to bulk open-pit style mining methods. These assay results are from three diamond drill holes (MSJ-DD-0007, 9, 10) designed to provide infill, geotechnical and metallurgical samples for mine planning and ongoing process flow sheet testwork. These results follow the previously reported seven holes (see ASX Announcements 29 March, 20 February 2017). Plymouth’s program of 10 holes (2 RC and 8 diamond) for approximately 2,000m was designed to twin historical drilling in order to provide maximum support for JORC resource calculations and provide for the highest confidence levels for resource estimations which have now begun. The drilling and assay database for San Jose now comprises in excess of 52 holes for 10,000m of drilling including 3,500m of diamond drilling. The deposit is open at depth and along strike (Figure 1). The long-section shown in Figure 1 demonstrates that the deposit has not been closed off by drilling and mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth and is host to very wide zones of mineralisation. Lithium mineralisation extends from surface to in excess of 300m vertically and in excess of 500m along strike.
