| ABSTRACT: | Platinex Inc. (Platinex) has retained Agnerian Consulting Ltd. (Agnerian) to prepare an NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Shining Tree property. The purpose of this report is to provide an independent assessment of the potential for gold mineralization within the Shining Tree property, situated approximately 100 km south of Timmins, Ontario. This report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Platinex is a publically listed company on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), with its office in Newmarket, Ontario. The company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties for mining of precious and base metals in Canada.
