ABSTRACT: | This technical report (the “Report”) was prepared at the request of Platform Eight Capital Corp. (“PEC”), a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) and Blue Thunder Mining Corporation (“Blue Thunder” or the “Company”), a non-reporting issuer with Canadian corporate offices located at 105 King Street East, 4th Floor, Toronto, Ontario. The purpose of this report is to provide an independent technical review of the Consolidated Muus Property, following the standards of National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Dislcosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”), and to provide recommendations for further exploration. In February of 2019, Blue Thunder retained MRB & Associates (“MRB”), a Val-d’Or-based geological consulting firm, to author a Technical Report (the “Report”) on the Muus property (the “Muus Project”), formerly known as “Propriété 217”, located in the lithotectonic Abitibi Greenstone Belt. This mandate was ostensibly completed in early March of 2019; however, Blue Thunder asked that the signing and submission of the Report be deferred as the Company made preparations to be listed on the TSXV. In the interim, Blue Thunder continued its exploration of the Muus Project, completing an airborne geophysicval survey in March 2019 and subsequently acquiring several new groups of claims, contiguous with the Muus Project. The new groups of claims were designated as the Muus Extention, S-Fold and Tectonic groups (Table 1-1). No exploration work has been carried out by Blue Thunder on these peripheral claim groups. En masse, the Muus Project and the subsequently added peripheral claims comprise the Consolidated Muus Property (the “Property”). Herein “the Muus Project” refers to the original Muus property comprising two hundred twenty-six (226) contiguous claims covering twelve thousand six hundred twenty-six (12,626) hectares (Table 1-1). | |
