| ABSTRACT: | This report has been prepared by Mineral Services Canada Inc. (Mineral Services) on behalf of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd (Peregrine) to provide an independent Technical Report documenting the results of Mineral Resource estimation work carried out on the CH-6 and CH-7 kimberlites. The report has been prepared in accordance with the reporting requirements stipulated by Canadian National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101). This report provides an updated Mineral Resource estimate for the CH-6 kimberlite (from that previously reported in Farrow et al., 2015) and a maiden Mineral Resource estimate for the CH-7 kimberlite; both incorporate the results of a significant amount of evaluation work completed in 2015. Target for Further Exploration (TFFE) volume and tonnage range estimates are also included for CH-6 and CH-7. TFFE volume and tonnage range estimates are also included for the CH-44 kimberlite; these results are restated from Farrow et al. (2015), as no evaluation work was carried out on CH-44 during 2015. The CH-6, CH-7 and CH-44 kimberlites are being evaluated as part of the Chidliak project, located on the Hall Peninsula of Baffin Island, approximately 120 km northeast of the city of Iqaluit, Nunavut (Figure 1-1).
