| ABSTRACT: | Peel Mining (ASX:PEX) (“Peel” or the “Company”) is pleased to report the latest results from its 100%- owned Wagga Tank/Southern Nights project, south of Cobar in western New South Wales. New highgrade mineralised intercepts at Southern Nights build upon previously released results, continuing to underline the significance of this new zinc-rich discovery. Furthermore, recent drilling in the intervening zone between Wagga Tank and Southern Nights has returned a new, strongly mineralised intercept, establishing a link between the two deposits. Drilling at Southern Nights is continuing with current activity focused on extensional work while followup RC drilling at The Bird/Fenceline prospect, ~4km east of Wagga Tank/Southern Nights is also proceeding. Induced Polarisation (IP) geophysical surveys in the Wagga Tank/Southern Nights project area are continuing. Furthermore, an in-depth review of geophysical data is nearing completion. | |
