| ABSTRACT: | Pasinex Resources Limited (Pasinex) commissioned CSA Global Pty Ltd (CSA Global) to prepare a Mineral Resource estimate (MRE) for the Pinargozu Property (“Pinargozu” or “the Property”) to the standard of the Canadian National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) “Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects”. Pasinex is an Canadian mining and exploration company with a principal listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE:PSE) and a secondary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE:PNX). Dr Neal Reynolds, Director and Principal Consultant, CSA Global, and Maria O’Connor, Principal Resource Geologist, CSA Global, are independent of the issuer as described in Section 1.5 of NI 43-101 and are the Qualified Persons of this Technical Report.
