Capps at the request of Pancontinental Gold Corporation, and Dr. Capps takes responsibility for all sections of this report. This technical report is written in compliance with disclosure and reporting requirements set forth in the Canadian Securities Administrator’s National Instrument 43-101. This report presents the results of both historic and recent exploration drilling including HQ- and NQ-core and reverse circulation drilling at the Jefferson Gold Project. The four most recent core holes were drilled in 2011 to confirm encouraging results of earlier drilling. No resource is reported in this report. The project area is about 60 miles northeast of Columbia, South Carolina and about 50 miles southeast of Charlotte, North Carolina (Figure 1). The Jefferson Gold Project is along a nearly continuous northeast-striking structural trend of hydrothermal alteration and gold mineralization which includes the Haile Gold Mine to the southwest of the Jefferson Gold Project and the Brewer Mine, adjacent to the project on the west. Portions of the Jefferson Gold Project are on the western side of the town of Jefferson, South Carolina. The Jefferson Gold Project is an exploration stage precious-metals exploration project with a history of more than 7,400 feet of diamond-bit core in 30 drill holes, 7,500 feet reverse circulation in 57 drill holes, and 18,500 feet air rotary drilling in 311 drill holes.
