| ABSTRACT: | Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (RPA) was retained by Pacific Topaz Resources Ltd. (Pacific Topaz) to prepare an independent Technical Report on the Meadowbank Area Project (the Project) held by Western Atlas Resources Inc. (Western Atlas), located in the District of Kivalliq, Nunavut Territory, Canada. The purpose of this report is to document the technical information available on the Project and to support the reverse takeover acquisition of Western Atlas by Pacific Topaz. This Technical Report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. RPA visited the Project on July 25, 2017. The effective date of this report is March 29, 2018. Pacific Topaz and its wholly-owned subsidiary, 1157818 BC Ltd., (Subco), entered into an amalgamation agreement (the Amalgamation Agreement), dated March 23, 2018 with Western Atlas pursuant to which Western Atlas and Subco will amalgamate and will continue as one corporation (Amalco) which will be wholly-owned by Pacific Topaz. Through Amalco, Pacific Topaz will hold a 100% interest in the mineral claims comprising the Project. Prior to the Amalgamation Agreement, the Project was held by Western Atlas through its wholly-owned subsidiary, 5530 Nunavut Inc.
