ABSTRACT:PT RungePincockMinarco known as RPMGlobal (“RPM”) was contracted by PT Teknik Alum Services, (“PT TAS”, the “Client” or the “Company”) to complete an independent Mineral Resource estimate as part of an Independent Qualified Person’s Report (the “IQPR” or the “Report”) of the PT Teknik Alum Services Buleleng and Torete Nickel Project (“the Project”) in March, 2017. This Report was written for the purpose of incorporation into the Shareholder’s Circular for the proposed acquisition of the Project by China Bearing (Singapore) Limited. RPM’s technical team (“the Team”) consisted of geologists and mining engineers from the Perth, Jakarta and Denver offices. Mr Wahyu Asmantowi undertook the site visit to the Project between 25th and 27th January 2017 as representative of the Qualified Person for the Mineral Resources, Mr David Allmark, to familiarise himself with site conditions, review drill core sampling and sample handling procedures and hold technical discussions with Company personnel. The site visit was to support a Mineral Resource estimate reported according to JORC and dated 27th February 2017 as part of a previous engagement prior to the commencement of this work. During November 2017, RPM updated the independent estimate of the Mineral Resources of the Project (hereafter, referred to as the “Statement”). The Statement reports the Mineral Resources based on drilling and depleted for mining completed up to 8th October, 2017 (the “Effective Date” of the Mineral Resources) and was reported in accordance with the JORC Code. The Mineral Resource has been reported in accordance with the 2012 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’ prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Minerals Council of Australia (The JORC Code 2012).
