| ABSTRACT: | The Karibib Gold Project is an early stage gold exploration project. It comprises a group exploration targets located on nine contiguous or closely spaced EPLs in central Namibia near the regional towns of Usakos, Karibib and Omaruru, between 100km to 175km northwest of the country’s capital, Windhoek. (Figure 2-1). This Technical Report was prepared following the guidelines of NI 43-101 and Form 43- 101F1 pursuant thereto, for the Karibib Gold Project by Mr. David Underwood, Vice President Exploration of Osino Resources Corp. (“Osino” or the “Company”) as a qualified person pursuant to NI 43-101. Mr Underwood is Vice President Exploration of Osino and is therefore not considered to be independent pursuant to NI 43-101. | |
