| ABSTRACT: | In June 2018, Pierre O’Dowd, Independent Consulting Geologist, was retained by Origin Gold Corporation Inc., (“Origin”) to prepare an independent NI 43-101 Technical Report on the La Pantera Property, located in the Department of Bolivar in the Republic of Colombia. This report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. A site visit was carried out by Pierre O’Dowd, P. Geo, an independent geologist, on the 15th of June, 2018. The purpose of the visit was to confirm the local geological setting and identify any factors which might affect the project. Samples to confirm the nature and quality of known mineralized sites on the property were also collected. The La Pantera Property comprises one mineral concession (titulo No. 0-561) covering an area of 1734.1 ha and the owners are Dario Fuentes Gonzalez (20%), Colombia Minera SAS (10%) and Mining Solutions (70%). The mineral titles were registered in 2007, and they are in good standing at the effective date of the technical report. | |
