| ABSTRACT: | Wu's Mining Geological Consulting Inc. (“WMGC”) was retained by Oriental Non-Ferrous Resources Development Inc. (“ONRD”) to complete an independent NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Khaldun Iron (Zinc) Project located in Middle Govi (Dundgovi) Province in Mongolia, in order to acquire the project from Maple Mining Development Co., Ltd. The Technical Report has been prepared in full conformance and compliance with the “CIM Standards on Mineral Resources and Reserves – Definitions and Guidelines” as referred to in NI 43-101 and Form 43-101F, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and in force as of the effective date of May 08, 2017. Khaldun Iron (Zinc) Project in Govi-Ugtaal Sum, Dundgovi Province, Mongolia is located 260km south to Ulaanbaatar, capital city of Mongolia, and 130km east to Mandalgovi, capital of the Dundgovi, and 68km to Choir railway station. Initially the mining license MV-017118 was issued to Zheng Yuan LLC on September 7, 2012 and valid until September 7, 2042. Zheng Yuan LLC transferred the mining license MV-017118 to New Jes Grand Mining LLC on February 23, 2015. New Jes Grand Mining LLC and Maple Mining Development Co. Ltd had concluded a Right Transfer Agreement of the Mining License and transferred the mining license to Maple Mining Development Co. Ltd (“MMD”) on April 04, 2017. | |
