| ABSTRACT: | This report was prepared on request by Optimum Ventures Ltd. ("Optimum") of Stewart, BC. It summarizes all the exploration results on the Riverside-Mineral Basin Property (the "Riverside Property" or "property") to date. It also provides a general overview of the property and its economic potential. The main source of information has been the data from past mining, sampling and drilling programs conducted on the Riverside Property by previous operators in the period from 1924 to 1979 as well as 2010 to 2011. For information about the Riverside Property’s past exploration history, the report relies on reports prepared by geologists who worked in this area, as well as various government publications. The Qualified Person for this report is Mr. Krzysztof Mastalerz of Coquitlam, BC. Mr. Mastalerz is responsible for all sections of this report. The author has visited the property on August 11, 2017 and August 22-23, 2018. The author of this report is independent of Optimum in compliance with the definition in Section 1.5 of the National Instrument 43-101. The Riverside Property is located at latitude 56°, 00’ north and longitude 130°, 04’ west, approximately 3 kilometres west of the Alaska-Canada international boundary and 10 kilometres north of Hyder, in the Hyder Mining District, southeastern Alaska. | |
