| ABSTRACT: | Belzile Solutions Inc (BSI) was commissioned by Osisko Mining Inc. (“Osisko”) to prepare an independent estimate of the mineral resources of the Marban Block property, which includes the Marban, Norlartic and Kierens deposits. The Marban Block property is located in the western portion of the province of Québec, Canada, about midway between the towns of Val-d’Or and Malartic. Osisko holds a 100 percent interest in the project. This technical report documents the fifth Mineral Resource Statement prepared for the Marban Block property pursuant to the guidelines of the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43- 101 and Form 43-101F1. The previous mineral resource models were prepared by SGS Canada Inc (SGS) in October 2012 and by Mine Development Associates in 2007, 2010 and 2013. The background information in this report is derived primarily from those previous technical reports and the original technical report by Carrier (2006) in compiling the text, figures, and tables for the portions of this report not related to the resource estimation. The Mineral Resource Statement reported herein was prepared in conformity with generally accepted CIM Estimation of Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves Best Practice Guidelines. | |
