| ABSTRACT: | This technical report (“Report”) was prepared by CSA Global Canada Geosciences Ltd (CSA Global) at the request of Nubian Resources Ltd (“Nubian” or “Company”) and focuses on the exploration potential of the Issuer’s Esquilache Silver-Lead-Zinc Project (“Esquilache Project” or “Project”), located in southern Peru. Nubian is a TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) listed exploration and development company currently focused on mineral exploration and development in Peru. CSA Global has been commissioned to prepare an independent technical report on the Esquilache Project specific to the standards dictated by National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101), companion policy NI 43-101CP and Form 43-101F1. The Report focuses on the exploration potential of the Project and is intended to enable the Issuer and potential partners and investors to reach informed decisions with respect to the Project. The Effective Date of this Report is 1 April 2018. This Report has been prepared by CSA Global based on review of publicly available geological reports, maps, assessment files, mining claim information and technical papers, and company letters and memoranda made available by the Issuer. CSA Global has taken reasonable steps to verify the information provided where possible. The Project was visited by Dr. Neal Reynolds on 16 and 17 February 2018 (the “Author”). | |
