ABSTRACT:On June 2, 2016, North America Frac Sand, Inc. (“NAFS”) commissioned Norwest Corporation (“Norwest”) to prepare a Technical Report in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101) for the areas of the Eagle Creek Property that were previously drilled and test pitted in 2009 and 2012. Norwest received field and analytical data from NAFS. Following review of the datasets provided by NAFS and a site visit to the Eagle Creek Property on June 24, 2016, Norwest concluded that additional drilling and material testing was required prior to the preparation of a Technical Report. The previously drilled areas of the Eagle Creek Property are located approximately 50 km by road northwest of Saskatoon, and 19 km north-northwest of the village of Asquith in the Rural Municipality of Eagle Creek 376. The hamlet of Environ is directly south and west of the previously drilled area of the property. The project area is intersected by Highway 376, which is paved. The approximate centre of the previously drilled portion of the property is at NAD83 UTM coordinates 5,790,000N and 345,500E (Zone 13). The exploration data presently available for the Eagle Creek Property is suitable for the estimation and classification of an inferred resource; however, systematic drilling, sampling, and comprehensive analyses is required to asses vertical and lateral variation in particle size abundance of the sand and to further delineate the volume of resource and quality of the proppant with depth.
