ABSTRACT:On June 2, 2016, North America Frac Sand, Inc. (“NAFS”) commissioned Norwest Corporation (“Norwest”) to prepare a Technical Report in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101) for the areas of the Eagle Creek Property that were previously drilled and test pitted in 2009 and 2012. Norwest received field and analytical data from NAFS. Following review of the datasets provided by NAFS and a site visit to the Eagle Creek Property on June 24, 2016, Norwest concluded that additional drilling and material testing was required prior to the preparation of a Technical Report. A resource model was developed using Hexagon Mining’s geological modeling and mine planning software, MineSight® . A Gridded-surface modeling approach was used to evaluate and calculate resource quantities for the Eagle Creek Property. Gridded-surfaces for the top and the base of the sand and silty sand packages were constructed. Four different sand fraction (products) were evaluated that include 20/40, 30/50, 40/70, and 70/140. The volume of the sand and silty sand package then was multiplied by the product weight percent to calculate the volumes for each product (fraction). Only the volumes from the sand package are presented in this report. The sand package volume was then multiplied by an estimated in-place bulk density value of the sand fractions to calculate the inferred mineral resources for each product (fraction).
