| ABSTRACT: | This report has been prepared for Norra Metals Corporation (“Norra Metals”) in order to satisfy its disclosure requirements for the TSX-V exchange in connection with its agreement with EMX Royalty Corporation (“EMX”) on the Sagvoll property. Equity Exploration Consultants Limited (“Equity”) has been engaged by Norra Metals to examine the Sagvoll property in the field, to compile all exploration information available on the property and to make recommendations for further exploration, if warranted. This report has been prepared on the basis of personal observations, on data and reports supplied by Norra Metals, publicly available scientific literature and on geological publications from the Norwegian Geological Survey (“NGU”). A complete list of references is provided in Appendix A. The author is an independent Qualified Person under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”), and visited and examined the Sagvoll property on November 22, 2018. The author is an employee of Equity, which has been contracted by Norra Metals to complete this NI 43- 101 report on the Sagvoll property. The author is not a director, officer or significant shareholder of Norra Metals or EMX Royalties and has no interest in the Sagvoll property or any nearby properties. | |
