| ABSTRACT: | Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT) (“Neometals”) is pleased to announce details of the nickel Mineral Resources at the Mt Edwards tenement holding. As announced on 15 March 2018, Neometals has executed binding agreements to acquire a package of tenure and mineral rights including lithium and nickel rights comprising the Mt Edwards Project. The tenement package is located 40km south of the Mt Marion Lithium Project (Neometals 13.8%, through Reed Industrial Minerals Pty Ltd) (refer Figure 1 and Appendix 1). This Mineral Resource estimate is reported in accordance with the 2012 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’ prepared by the Joint Or Reserves Committee of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia (JORC Code) and follows a detailed interrogation and review of the previously reported Mineral Resource estimates under the 2004 Edition of the JORC Code by the previous owners of these tenements. | |
