| ABSTRACT: | The Lofdal property comprises exclusive prospecting license (EPL) 3400, located approximately 25 km NW of the town of Khorixas in the Kunene Region of north-western Namibia. The EPL is held by Namibia Rare Earths (Pty) Ltd. (NRE (Pty)), a wholly owned subsidiary of Namibia Rare Earths Inc. (NRE). It was renewed by the Government of Namibia in 2012 and is in good standing until November 2014. NRE (Pty) filed a renewal application for EPL 3400 with the Ministry of Mines and Energy on 30 July 2014 requesting an additional two year period to 14 November 2016. This preliminary economic assessment technical report (PEA) is submitted herewith as an independent qualified person’s (QP) review and according to the National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101). | |
