ABSTRACT:Swinden Geoscience Consultants Ltd. was commissioned by Nambia Rare Earths Inc. to prepare a NI 43-101 compliant geological report to support the fundamental acquisition through agreement with Gecko Namibia of eight Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPL's) in the Kunene and Omusati Regions, northwestern Namibia. The properties, which comprise the Kunene CoCu project, include 8 EPL's, five of which are granted and three of which have been applied for and are awaiting approval. They collectively cover approximately 370, 762 ha. They are located within a radius of about 80 km of Opuwo, the administrative capitol of the Kunene Region. The information in this report was compiled from published documents, unpublished reports by companies which have previously explored in the area, and unpublished maps, reports and data, as well as from personal observations by the author. The report has been prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and companion policy 43-101CP, and in accordance with Form 43-101F1, as issued by the Canadian Securities Administrators (“CSA”). The Kunene Co-Cu project EPLs are located within about a 80 km radius of Opuwo, the capitol of the Kunene region. Opuwo is located about 720 km by paved road from the national capitol, Windhoek. The climate is semi-arid with a low annual rainfall that mostly occurs in the summer months between November and April. The area is characterized by wide flat valleys punctuated by steep sided linear ridges up to 500 m high. There is good road access to the property and bush tracks provide access around the properties. The town of Opuwo has about 7600 people and is connected to the national telecommunications, electricity and transport infrastructure.
