| ABSTRACT: | NTM Gold is pleased to announce preliminary partial 5m composite RC drilling results from the first 3 of 5 holes completed at Nambi Prospect within Redcliffe Gold Project, located near Leonora in Western Australia. While these encouraging results are preliminary in nature, they are considered by the Company to be robust and to represent a significant step in establishing the grade and potential size of the Nambi gold lodes. A total of 5 holes (NBRC113-117) for 1308m were completed at Nambi targeting extensions to high grade lodes beneath the Nambi Pit. The drilling has intersected the Main Lode high grade gold mineralisation in the interpreted down plunge positions as well as further defining the E1 and E2 Lodes, and has supported the Company’s belief that the coherent, high grade Nambi mineralised systems is a priority deep drilling target. Minimal drilling has been completed targeting the E1 and E2 Lodes and the results received from this initial drill phase are seen as highly encouraging All mineralised zones remain open at depth and down plunge. Single metre samples are currently being collected. Planning of a major follow up drilling program is underway. The drilling rig has now moved to Golden Terrace South deposit (GTS) to target extensions to interpreted southerly plunging high grade zones prior to commencing RC drilling at several exciting regional targets outlined by the recent successful regional aircore programme, including Bindy, KT-1, KT-2 and Triple 2. | |
