ABSTRACT:Emerging Goldfields explorer NTM Gold Ltd (ASX: NTM) (“NTM” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the remaining results of the 1m resamples from the RC drilling completed at the Bindy Prospect in late 2017, within the 100% owned Redcliffe Gold Project near Leonora, in Western Australia. The RC drilling was undertaken on a wide spacing with drill lines 100m apart. The RC program was following up coherent aircore drilling results received earlier in 2017 as part of NTM’s systematic regional exploration phase. As is usual for NTM’s drilling, the RC drilling was initially sampled as 5m composites, with follow up 1m resampling completed after geological review by the NTM team. The resamples have highlighted a coherent zone of higher-grade mineralisation that can be traced for at least 300m within a large broadly mineralised zone which remains open at depth and along strike. Notable single metre intercepts include: The mineralisation has similarities to other deposits within the Redcliffe Project such as Golden Terrace South (GTS). Higher-grade shoots are located within a large envelope of gold mineralisation, which is spatially associated with structural jogs along the Great Western Fault. Both the Bindy and KT-1 zones remain open at depth and along strike. NTM has planned a series of follow-up holes as infill between the present 100m spaced drill lines to test the continuity of the higher-grade zones. These holes will be drilled after the Nambi and GTS drilling is complete. A diamond core tail is also planned to provide detailed geological information and allow better comparison to other mineralised zones within the highly prospective Mertondale Shear Zone.
