| ABSTRACT: | This independent NI 43-101 Technical Report (the “Report”) was readdressed to Filo Mining Corp. (“Filo Mining”) in connection with a proposed Plan of Arrangement (the “Transaction”), whereby Filo Mining will acquire from NGEx Resources Inc. (“NGEx”) a 100% interest in the Filo del Sol Project and NGEx will distribute the Filo Mining shares to the NGEx shareholders at the effective time of the Transaction. Upon completion of the Transaction, Filo Mining will control 100% of the Filo del Sol Project. The information in this report is updated from a previous technical report filed on behalf of NGEx entitled “Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Filo del Sol Property Region III of Atacama, Chile and San Juan Province, Argentina”, dated December 11, 2015, with an effective date of August 26, 2015. The mineral resource estimate has not been updated in this current report, as no new drilling has been completed on the project, however it does incorporate the results of a surface exploration campaign carried out during the 2015/16 field season. Sources of information used in this report include previous technical reports and internal company reports on the project and original work by the report authors.
