| ABSTRACT: | Further to the announcement released to the market on 16 March 2018, relating to the Kihabe Vanadium mineralisation in Zone 1, Vanadium mineralisation in Zone 4 has now been compiled. Refer to Figure 1. Zone 4 comprises seven drill sections in which 23 RC holes and 5 diamond core holes have been drilled at various times between 2003 and 2008, intersecting Vanadium mineralisation over a strike length of 500m. Refer to Figure 2. All zones of Vanadium mineralisation in excess of 100 ppm Vanadium have been included in compiling the data for Zone 4. Table 2 above outlines the various holes drilled in Zone 4 detailing the dates when the respective Vanadium assay results were previously announced to the market. The schedule also details those drill holes in which the respective Vanadium assay results were not released to the market at the time that any of the base metal results were released to the market as they were not then considered significant to the project metrics. These Vanadium assay values are now being re-released or released for the first time to the market because of the recent substantial increase in the Vanadium price and because of the potential future demand for Vanadium relative to its application in Vanadium Redox flow batteries. The Kihabe deposit contains significant zones of Vanadium mineralisation, many of which occur immediately beneath the Kalahari sand cover. | |
