| ABSTRACT: | Jean-Marc Lacoste, President and Chief Executive Officer of Monarques Gold Corporation (“Monarques” or the “issuer”), mandated InnovExplo Inc. (“InnovExplo”) to provide updated mineral resource and mineral reserve estimates for the Beaufor Mine and prepare a supporting technical report (the “Technical Report” or the “Report”). The Technical Report has been prepared in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101 Respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101” or “43-101”) and its related Form 43-101F1. The Beaufor Mine Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve Estimates have an effective date of September 30, 2017. InnovExplo is an independent mining and exploration consulting firm based in Val-d’Or (Québec). Monarques Gold Corporation is a Canadian mining company trading publicly on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada (TSX.V:MQR). Monarques was incorporated on February 16, 2011. The head office is at 1, Place Ville-Marie, Suite 2901, Montreal, Québec, H3B 0E9. Monarques owns the Beaufor Mine and holds 100% of the shares of Usine Camflo Inc. (“Usine Camflo”), the owner of the Camflo Mill. The mine comprises two mining leases, a mining concession and 23 mining claims. On October 2, 2017, Monarques purchased all the mining assets in Québec belonging to Richmont Mines Inc. (“Richmont”), including the mine and mill. | |
