| ABSTRACT: | Mineral Commodities Ltd (“MRC” or “the Company”) and its empowerment partners, Blue Bantry Investments 255 (Pty) Ltd, are pleased to announce a maiden JORC resource at the Northern Beaches (WC 30/5/1/1/2/10261PR) of the Tormin Mineral Sands Operation located on the west coast of South Africa. The Mineral Resource was prepared in accordance with the Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves, (“JORC Code (2012)”) and is estimated at 2.5 Million tonnes at 23.5% THM in the category of Measured, Indicated and Inferred using a 2% cut-off. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 5.8.1, and in addition to the information contained in the body of this release, please refer to the JORC Table 1 appendix for additional information material to understanding the estimates of mineral resources.
