| ABSTRACT: | Metminco Limited (Metminco or the Company) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) released an announcement dated 14 March 2017 advising an updated JORC 2012 Mineral Resource Statement for its wholly owned Miraflores Gold Project (Announcement). The ASX has subsequently advised the Company that the Announcement did not fully comply with ASX Listing Rules 5.8.1 and 5.22. The Summary section of the Announcement did not adequately summarise all relevant information contained in Appendix A and the Competent Person disclosure did not include affiliation details.
