| ABSTRACT: | While the recent drilling has extended the near surface mineralised zones, an internal review of all near surface resources identified to date does not support moving to a scoping study at this time. Exploration will now focus on investigating the central intrusive complex which represents a compelling gold target and evaluating this target in parallel with the four priority gold targets already established. Tony Schreck, Managing Director of Metal Bank commented: “Zonation across the project points towards a large intrusive complex interpreted in the geophysics data as the causative intrusion responsible for the widespread gold mineralisation across the project. This reinforces our belief that the high-grade gold mineralisation intersected to date represents leakage or apophysis from a larger gold system and this is a significant step closer to the discovery a large gold deposit.” | |
