| ABSTRACT: | Metal Bank Limited (ASX: MBK) (Metal Bank, MBK or the Company), provides the following drilling results from 21 reverse circulation (“RC”) drill holes completed for a total of 755m (average hole depth 36m) from the Super Hans prospect at the Triumph project located in south-east Queensland, Australia. This drilling campaign at Super Hans forms part of a projectwide exploration programme focussed on defining near surface high-grade gold resources at multiple high priority prospects to support an open pit mining concept. These results have defined a broad zone of near-surface gold mineralisation at Super Hans of at least 130m in length associated with a key new gold mineralised structure, which commences at surface and has a true width of 10m. Drilling at Super Hans followed on from a single scout drill hole completed in August 2017 intersecting 3m @ 6.5g/t Au from 6m1. IP geophysics and detailed magnetics data provides strong support for the mineralised system continuing to the north-west at least 400m. The next phase of drilling will be aimed at defining the strike extent of this new structure beneath the shallow cover sediments. | |
