| ABSTRACT: | A feasibility study completed in June 2011 (Warries, et al, 2011) led to the decision by Mawson West Limited (Mawson West or the Company) to develop the Kapulo Copper Project, located within the Kapulo Property. Since that time, further work has been undertaken to firm up several key project inputs. This report summarises the results of those investigations and updates and the effects of them on project economics. The report is intended to comply with the disclosure and reporting requirements set forth in National Instrument 43-101 “Standards for Disclosure for Mineral Projects”, Companion Policy 43-101CP, and Form 43-101F1. Throughout this report, the term Kapulo Property refers to the six Permis de Recherche and one Permis de Exploitation that together comprise the Kapulo Copper Project and surrounding exploration prospects. The term Kapulo Copper Project refers specifically to the area of the Kapulo mine development, located on PE1697. | |
