| ABSTRACT: | Marmota is delighted to announce that the 2017 June/July drilling program at Aurora Tank (Goshawk Prospect) has returned excellent high grade gold intersections, including 4m at 40 g/t gold from 32m in hole 17AT021, as well as multiple new intersections of around 4m at 10 g/t gold. The intersections, all close to the surface, show breakthrough evidence of frequent high-grade intersections, geological continuity of mineralisation, and open on several cross sections. In September 2016, Marmota commenced its first drilling program at Aurora Tank, at the Goshawk Gold Prospect, with the intention of fully defining geochemical dispersion from gold mineralisation. Marmota Limited (ASX: MEU) is a South Australian mining exploration company, focused on gold, copper and uranium. Gold exploration is centred on the Company’s dominant tenement holding in the highly prospective and significantly underexplored Gawler Craton, near the Challenger gold mine, in the Woomera Prohibited Defence Area.
