ABSTRACT:SL Exploration Inc. was retained by Canasia Clone Property Corp in May 2018 to complete a Technical Report on the Bachman Property ("the Property") located southeast of Matagami. The property is currently held by Canasia Clone Property Corp ("the Issuer"). As of 20th of August 2018, the mineral claims are registered to Canasia Clone Property Corp (100%). The Property is in the Abitibi area of Quebec Province in the NTS sheet 32F10. The Property consists of 40 map designated claims, covering approximately 2,220.43 hectares or 22.2km2 . There is no previous exploration work done on the property since the claims were acquired. It is located in the Abitibi Sub-Province, which is part of the Superior geological province. It is located at the northern limit of the Abitibi greenstone belt at the SE extremity of the HarricanaTurgeon volcano-sedimentary and plutonic zone. It is composed of Archean volcanic and sedimentary units mostly E-W in direction and subvertical dip. The Property is underlain by a superposition of mafic to ultramafic intrusive rocks to the north and mafic volcanic rocks (basaltic to andesitic), felsic to intermediary rocks and thin horizons of pyroclastic rocks to the center and the south. The exploration work performed on the property allowed the identification of numerous outcrops and the discoveries of multiple sulfide mineralisations and one mineralised pegmatite. Airborne magnetic surveys indicate that the Bell River formations cover the Montagnes Dalhousie lithium showings to the north and fold toward the southwest. The southern extension of the formation extends to the southwest and southeast and is present on the southern part of the Property. Geological mapping also supports this interpretation. The presence of a metric pegmatite dyke hosted in mafic units (Bell Lake Volcanites and Anorthosite Complex) is a good indicator of a favourable environment. The presence of lithium in the Berthiaume syenite to the east (yellow lepidolite) and the presence of similarly mineralized dyke to the north (Montagne Dalhousie showing) seems to confirm a favourable environment for the development and preservation of mineralized pegmatites.
