| ABSTRACT: | VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 27, 2019 - MAS Gold Corp. ("MAS Gold” – TSX-V: MAS) is pleased to announce additional assay results from this winter’s core drilling program completed at the Point gold prospect on the Preview Lake property located about 60 kilometers northeast of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. This winter, MAS Gold has successfully twinned historical holes RM86-21 and RM87-31 (see MAS Gold news release dated February 21, 2019) and now RM87-32, three of 35 holes drilled on the at the Point prospect area between 1984 and 1989 by Saskatchewan Mining and Development Corporation (“SMDC”) (see Figure 1 attached). Confirmation core hole RM19-46 was collared within 4 metres of RM87-32 and drilled at a dip of -55 o on azimuth 090 o to a total depth of 116 metres.
