ABSTRACT:The authors were contracted by Bill Morton and Glen Garratt, directors and officers of Lorraine Copper Corp. to prepare a National Instrument 43-101 Policy compliant report and resource estimate which can be publicly filed electronically on SEDAR and satisfy required “Qualified Person” reporting. This amended report addresses issues identified by the British Columbia Securities Commission with the original report that has an effective date of Dec. 15, 2015. This amended report does not include any new data or other inputs and there are no material changes to any interpretations, results or conclusions. Specific items addressed or amended are: Item 12 text was added including some content moved from Item 11. Item 14 had the 2005 CIM definitions updated with the 2014 definitions. Item 14 was amended to include a single base case resource tabulation. Item 14 explained the base case cut-off choice. This report is prepared to provide project information for shareholders and the interested public and is a continuous document that is updated regularly to reflect changes in claim status or significant new developments. The report incorporates data from Lorrain Copper Corp’s earlier 43-101 reports (2007 – 2009), reports by Eastfield Resources Ltd. (2000-2005), Lysander Minerals Corporation (1994 to 1998) and historical data described in reports by the Kennecott Corporation (1948 to 1993), and for other areas of the property assessment work reports filed with and reported by government agencies. Since 2007 the authors have relied on scientific and technical information prepared by, or under the supervision of qualified persons that are, or have been employees of Teck Resources Limited, a producing issuer that is a participant in the joint venture.
