| ABSTRACT: | Vancouver, BC, July 19, 2016 - Lorraine Copper Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: LLC) is clarifying previous disclosure as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”). The Report filed on SEDAR on June 8, 2016 titled “Summary Report on the Lorraine-Jajay Property, Omineca Mining Division, BC” and dated December 16, 2015” has been reviewed by the BCSC and found to be deficient with respect to instruments NI 43-101 and Form 43-101F. The report is currently being amended. In the meantime investors should not rely on the resource estimates stated in the December 16, 2015 report. | |
