| ABSTRACT: | On January 29, 2019, Compania Minera Kairos Chile Limitada (CMKC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lithium Chile Inc. (LITH), commissioned the author to prepare this Technical Report in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standard of Disclosure for Mineral Properties (NI 43-101) in respect of the Ollague Lithium Property (OLLAGUE), located 198 km northeast of Calama, in the Province of El Loa, Antofagasta Region, Chile. The main purpose of this report is to document work done on the property to date which includes; a surface sediment and water sampling program, a TEM geophysics program, and a diamond drilling program. The drilling program took place from June to October 2018. OLLAGUE consists of 16 exploration concessions in two groups totalling 3700 Ha and is 100% owned by CMKC. | |
