| ABSTRACT: | This report is meant to act as a status update to the current state of Lithium Americas Corp. (LAC or the Company) (formerly Western Lithium USA Corporation or WLC) Lithium Nevada project (formerly Kings Valley Property). It addresses the Stage I and Stage II deposits resource statements. This report includes NI 43-101 compliant resource statements for both the Stage I and Stage II deposits. The scope of work conducted by SRK per request of LAC in connection with this Technical Report was to update the mineral resource statements for the lithium deposits currently defined on the Lithium Nevada project.
