| ABSTRACT: | Liberty Gold has retained SRK Consulting, Advantage Geoservices Ltd., and G.L. Simmons Consulting LLC to produce a Technical Report in compliance with disclosure and reporting requirements set forth in the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101, “Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects”, Companion Policy 43-101CP, and Form 43-101F1, for the Goldstrike Exploration Property. This report updates a previous Technical Report, authored by Michal Gustin of Mine Development Associates (MDA) and others, released on 01 October 2016. This updated Technical Report summarizes work performed since 01 January 2016 and documents the first mineral resource estimate produced by Liberty Gold for the Goldstrike Property. The Goldstrike Project is located in the Bull Valley Mountains in Washington District, approximately 50 km northwest of St. George, southwestern Utah, USA. The Project area comprises a central block of patented claims, surrounded by a contiguous block of unpatented claims, one outlier block of unpatented claims and land leased from the State of Utah. The combined mineral property at Goldstrike controlled by Liberty Gold totals 18,855 acres (7,630 hectares) as of 01 February 2018. Liberty Gold Corp. holds its interest in the Goldstrike Project through its indirect subsidiary, Pilot Goldstrike Inc., a Nevada, USA Corporation.
