| ABSTRACT: | This report was prepared for Leagold Mining Corporation (Leagold) by Doug Reddy (Leagold, SVP Technical Services), Rodolfo Balderrama (Administración Los Filos, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leagold, Mine Operations Manager), Paul Sterling (Consultant to Leagold) and Gilles Arseneau (Associate Consultant with SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc.). Leagold is listed on the TSX (stock symbol LMC) and also trades on the OTCQX (stock symbol LMCNF). The purpose of this Technical Report is to update the mineral resources, mineral reserves, production plan and other operational information for Los Filos Gold Mine as of December 31, 2017 and to file the report on the SEDAR website.
