ABSTRACT: | At the request of Mr. Ian Campbell, President and Director of LaSalle Exploration Corp. (“LaSalle”), Geologica Groupe-Conseil Inc. (“Geologica”) was given the mandate to realize an update of the Technical Report on the Radisson Property (“the Property”) located in the James Bay Region north of Quebec, in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101 Respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43 101”) and its related Form 43-101F1. The Property is located in the James Bay Territory 100 kilometers south of the town of Radisson (National Topographic System NTS 33F03) and 505 kilometers by road north of the city of Matagami in Abitibi. Wemindji, Chisasibi and Radisson are the closer First Nation Municipalities within a 150 kilometers radius of the project. The southwest portion of the Property is easily accessible via the main north-south James Bay Road just west of Nitiwapisunan (locally named ‘Lac Morin’). Two major Electric Power Lines of Hydro-Quebec (supply the southern portion of the Province of Quebec) pass through (SE-NW) the Property in the eastern part and a third one closer of the western border of the Property. Some lakes and rivers cover the territory such as lakes Kakautisit, Apitukamach, Achinwapachikamach and the Nitiwapisinanistikw River. The center of the Property is located at the Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) NAD 83 Coordinates Zone 18 N (346 700 mE and 5 886 000 mN). | |
