| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Mr. Ian Campbell, President and Director of LaSalle Exploration Corp. (“LaSalle”), Geologica Groupe-Conseil Inc. (“Geologica”) was given the mandate to realize a “Technical Report of the Blakelock Property” owned by LaSalle Exploration Corp. and located in northeast Ontario, following the NI 43-101 regulation. This report was commissioned by LaSalle in connection with a Purchase Agreement (see Item 2.1) entered into between LaSalle and Lake Shore Gold Corp. (“Vendor”) and Tahoe Resources Inc. (“Vendor Parent”) on October 25th 2018, and closed December 14, 2018 for the purchase of a 100% interest in the Property. The Purchase Agreement grants a 2% NSR (Net Smelter Return) to Tahoe Resources Inc. ("Vendor parent”) and a Right of First Offer to re-acquire the Property. LaSalle retains a perpetual right to buy back one half of the 2% NSR (1%) from Tahoe for $1,000,000. There are no other back-in rights, payments or other agreements and encumbrances related with the Property. Geologica reviewed and evaluated the information submitted by LaSalle in order to prepare the Technical Report and has formulated its own conclusions and recommendations. | |
