| ABSTRACT: | Kin Mining NL (ASX: KIN) is pleased to provide significant new results from recent drilling at the Helens Prospect, part of the Cardinia Mining Centre at the Leonora Gold Project (LGP). See Figure 1. Phase 1 of the RC and Diamond drilling at Helens is now complete. Exploration drilling was focused on extending the Helens Main and Helens South deposits to 150m below surface, advancing the understanding of the structural controls and confirming the continuity of the gold mineralisation (Figure 2). Helens is developing into a large mineralised system. In particular, the first deep drillhole aimed at the Main Zone returned mineralisation 250 metres below surface. The intersection of 15.8 metres at 3.77g/t Au from 266.4 metres downhole in HE18RCD231 demonstrates the potential to expand Helens into a considerable open pit development. | |
