| ABSTRACT: | Kin Mining NL (ASX: KIN or “the Company”) is pleased to report highly encouraging results from ongoing exploration drilling programs at its 100%-owned Cardinia Gold Project (CGP) near Leonora in WA. The Company has received initial assay results from Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling at the Cardinia Hill prospect and from air-core (AC) drilling at the Helens East prospects, located approximately 2.5km east of the proposed processing plant site at the CGP. The Cardinia Hill RC, Helens East AC and Helens South AC drilling, which commenced in March (refer ASX announcement 11 March 2020), is part of the Phase 2 program designed to in-fill and extend the mineralisation encountered previously at the Cardinia Hill, Comedy King and Lewis East prospects with RC drilling, and provide initial air-core coverage over the Helens East, Helens South and Faye Marie prospects. The Cardinia Hill, Comedy King and Lewis East prospects were initially targeted with AC drilling, which commenced in December 2019 (refer ASX announcement, 13 January 2020). The results at Cardinia Hill have confirmed the high-grade nature of the gold mineralisation and the strong association with sulphide-dominant alteration, rich in a host of indicator elements such as arsenic (As), copper (Cu), molybdenum (Mo), silver (Ag), tellurium (Te) and tungsten (W). | |
