| ABSTRACT: | Kamoto Copper Company S.A. (KCC) commissioned an internal team of professionals at the request of its 75% parent Katanga Mining Limited (KML or the “Company”) to prepare this Technical Report (TR), which complies with the Canadian Securities Administrators' National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101), in respect of the Material Assets (as defined below) owned and operated by KML. KMLandKCC engagedGolder AssociatesAfrica (Pty)Ltd(Golder) andSENETtosupervise, review and signoff on the Mineral Resource and Processing sections of this TR respectively. In this capacity all QPs have signed-off their respective sections and verified that, to the best of their knowledge, all items required by NI 43-101 have been prepared in a format that conforms to the requirements of Form 43-101F1, and that each item includes an answer addressing each question required by the NI 43-101. This report is effective from November 7, 2019. Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves are current as at December 31, 2018. Mining activities continued during 2019 and KCC has experienced ordinary course depletion reasonably predictable based on KML’s continuous disclosure record. Updated Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves will be released as part of 2019 year end update, which will reflect such normal course depletion. No other material changes have occurred between the effective date and the date of signature of this TR. | |
