| ABSTRACT: | The author has been retained by Kal Minerals Corp. (“Kal”) to prepare a Technical Report compliant with National Instrument 43-101 for the Jack White copper magnetite skarn property, situated between the south and north forks of Ainslie Creek near Stoyoma Mountain, north and east of Boston Bar, BC, and optioned by Kal Minerals Corp. The purpose of this report is to provide a review of past exploration on the property and give recommendations for exploring the property in the future. The author visited the property on August 10, 2017, accompanied by the property vendor Raymond E Wladichuk. B.Sc. GIT. (“WladichuK”) The Jack White Property consists of 4 mineral claims covering 2,202 hectares. The claims were staked by Wladichuk, and registered in his name in trust for Kal. The author visited the property on August 10, 2017, accompanied by the property vendor Raymond E Wladichuk. Kal Minerals Corp. optioned the Jack White Property from Wladichuk pursuant to an option agreement dated February 27, 2016 and subsequently formalized a final Option Agreement on October 27, 2017. Kal Minerals can earn a 100% interest in the property, subject only to a 2% NSR. The property is located approximately 13 kilometers northeast of the town of Boston Bar, BC and 45 kilometers southwest of the City of Merritt, BC. The showings on the property were discovered in the 1960’s and explored by prospectors Jack White and others. The property was staked by Mr. Wladichuk in 2016, optioned to Kal Minerals Corp. in 2016 and explored by Kal in 2017. A comprehensive geological Assessment Report was recently filed with the Mineral Titles Branch of the Ministry of Energy Mines and Petroleum Resources by the Kelowna based mineral exploration consulting company Ridgeline Exploration Services Inc. (“Ridgeline”). | |
