ABSTRACT:KGL Resources Limited (ASX: KGL) (KGL or the Company) announces a further high grade copper drill result at the Rockface prospect in KGL’s 100% owned Jervois Copper-SilverGold Project in the Northern Territory. Conductor 6 was modelled from a Down Hole Electromagnetic (DHEM) survey of hole KJCD197 located 80m to the west. DHEM surveying continues to be successful in locating high grade copper mineralisation. As part of a strategy of increasing and upgrading the Resource at Jervois, KGL is using DHEM to identify conductor zones which are then targeted by limited, cost effective drilling programs. These have resulted in significant high grade intersections at Rockface, including some broad intervals, with grades generally increasing as drilling goes deeper, as reported this year. Conductor zones have expanded further as a result of DHEM surveying of hole KJCD198. The size of Conductor 6 has increased and the newly discovered Conductor 7 is now the second largest conductor at Rockface after Conductor 3 and will be a target for future drilling. The modelling suggests KJCD198 missed the top of Conductor 7 by as little as 10m. As a result of the latest DHEM surveying of holes KJCD198 and KJCD199, the modelled area of the conductors has increased by 20% and has created a much larger area to target in future drilling programs. After intersecting Conductor 6, KJCD198 was extended to test an area beyond the eastern edge of Conductor 3 where it intersected a broad zone of strong alteration and minor chalcopyrite-pyrite, approximately 80m along strike from KJCD197.
